Workout Logs

    • My workout is mostly strength training / lifting weights. I'm currently on a PPL split.
    • Thinking of switching to a PPL–Upper–Lower split after my 3-month grind wraps up this May.
    • My goal these past 3 months was to stay consistent.
    • I hadn’t followed a routine in a while, so I tried a PPL split and aimed for 5–6 gym days a week. I wasn’t perfect at it, but gym days no longer feels like a chore
    • I want to get back to running and cycling soon!
